Former Engine 12 at Middletown was a 1998 Pierce Dash 2000 and is reported to be Virginia's first delivered Dash 2000 model. It is equipped with a 1250 gallon per minute pump and 1250 gallons of water.
In 2013, this engine was sold to the Mathias-Baker VFD in West Virginia.
